WHO AM I?

What's good! I'm Frank and I went to college at George Mason University. My area of study was Media Production and Criticism. I've been out of school for almost 2 years and have been itching to write. My favorite thing to write about is the media that I consume. Join me as I analyze said media. The initial idea was for this site to be music centric, but I love movies and comic books too. Variety is the spice of life, right? Here's hoping you dig my insight. I aim to give the world a peek at my interests and opinions, and my hope is that you value my take on them and that I may even be able to introduce you to something new. Thanks for reading!

Predator. Special in Theater Showing March 19th 2018 *spoilers*

Display poster at The Angelika
in Mosaic District, Merrifield, VA
This will not be an extensive post. I feel like if you haven't seen Predator in the 31 years since it's release you probably aren't hurting to see it.

This is just going to follow my first time seeing it in theaters.I have watched this movie at least 6 times, which is not an extensive amount.

Merely making a point, I like the movie. Not to sell the at-home experience short at all,  it always left me wanting. The extremity of the film gets undercut when you watch it on DVD/Blu-Ray.

My comics were purchased at The Amazing Comic Shop in Fairfax, VA

Kneel Before Twitching F****** Tongues *Opinion*

Author's note: I posted a lot of this content as a thread on my personal Twitter account @FrankyReality13, but it works as a blog post on here way better in my opinion.

Twitching Tongues formed in 2010, in Van Nuys California. They took their name from a song of the same name by Boston band, Only Living Witness.

The evolution of Twitching Tongues' has been interesting, to say the least. A constant in their career is that they have always been a group all about ingenuity and creativity.

25 Ta Life-Hunting Season

25 Ta Life is back. No, don't worry you don't have to hear "RE-ah ERREAH-mumble mumble" anymore. Rick Ta Life is no longer a part of the group. They have recruited Fury of Five Frontman Stikman to handle the microphone.

Heavy music fans rejoice.
My first favorite release of 2016 is none other than Mass Murder by God's Hate.

It is a musical collage of all sorts of extreme metal influences, just like similar metallic hardcore bands like Twitching Tongues and Disgrace (Both mentioned in my best of articles Part 1 and part 2). The album is a certified ass beater beginning to end. Lyrically and musically it is much more mature than their last effort, Divine Injustice. The album was recorded and produced by Taylor Young (Of Twitching Tongues, Nails, and Disgrace) at The Pit in LA.
